powerdvd 19 wont play bluray

Hi

i gott the latest powerdvd 19 installd on windows 10 x64
i have ben using it for a long time, but today it wont play anny blurays anny more, the program chraches or somtimes it start playing but only show the subs, not the movie it self.

i tyde manny diffrent blurays and i tryde 4 diffrent blurayplayers.

i have contacted suport but havent herd annything.

i tyde disabeling the antivirus progrm, i tryide to reinstall powerdvd and so on but it just dosent work.

windows is uppdated to latest vertion

You have been using powerdvd for a long time on the PC you used currently?
If the playback suddenly doesn't work, check if you have made any changes on Windows recently including software and hardware setup. Restore the change to check it out.

If you have contacted their support on weekend, check your email inbox for their reply after the weekend on daily basis.
