I have been using Powerdirector for years. I signed up for the Subscription...and Paid in full. I sent in a ticket to request "Where do I go" I have no clue where to take advantage of my subscription. Where can I use the features...where can I download the goodies...Customer support withthis program is always a disaster...so I am reaching out here. Can somebody help please? Thank you

You should get an email for you to download the Cyberlink Application Manager.

Download then run the install. Once the Application Manager is installed you will see all of your downloads. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Hello,

You can download the latest version of the CyberLink Application Manager here:

https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/member/service/manage-subscription.do?lang=ENU&affid=2581_0_712

Once installed, go to the "My Progams" tab to download and install all your programs; and "Packs" where you can download and install the effects, etc.
