Hi,

I am unable to resize/move PowerDVD player window while playing 4K video file. If i try to do that the whole window will become black.
I have attached an image. I have tried 4K video from youtube, 4ksamples

At first i thought this is happening because i don't have any dedicated GPU, but if i minimize and maximize the player window the issue is fixed. So I think this is a software issue probably.

I have Intel Core I5-4690K CPU (No graphics card).

Thanks.

My powerdvd worked fine when playing 4K videos.

You may update your Intel graphic driver to check out.

This problem is only when resizing/moving window. My drivers are updated to latest.

I tested the file on my machine and had no problems at all playing it and no issues when resizing. So it is your PC probably. PowerDVD can handle 8K video flawlessly, so it is definitely your machine.

You didn't share your DXDiag file as requested for such posts, so not much we can do for you.

Ash

If someone can figure out the problem source, please let me know.

Thanks
