Cannot adjust workspace since 3005 update

Ever since I updated to 3005, I have been unable to adjust the workspace, changing how much screen is given to tracks vs. how much screen is given to the library/preview screen. When I click on the bar to move it, it jumps to the top 1/4 of the screen and locks there, and I cannot drag it back down.

I am a new user of PowerDirector 17 Ultimate and have the 3005 update installed on my laptop.

I do not have this issue. When I click and drag the grab area I can release the left mouse at any location and it stays there.

So maybe this is not a universal thing.

I'm running 3005 and I'm not experiencing this issue. Are your video drivers up to date?
