This is very annoying. I have a laptop and have a seond monitor plugged in via HDMI and a HDMI to DVI adapter.

When I open the PiP exitor, the editor opens, it does not load the video and then it freezes. I have to kill the PD pprocesses and then start over. THe good think is that it teaches me to save frequently. If I move the PD window to the laptop screen then it works fine. Anyone know how I can fix this.. Specs below..

I'm sorry that you're having this problem. I've run PD for years on dual monitors and haven't ever run into this issue, so there's likely a driver or configuration issue on your system, and hopefully we can get it resolved quickly.

Please follow the steps in the Read Me Before Posting sticky thread and attach BOTH the DxDiag test results AND a screenshot showing the full PD version screen, including all the icons. That's the best way for us to get the required level of details to assist you.

Thanks very much for attaching these! I see that you have the latest version of PD and Win10, but your AMD Radeon R7 Graphics driver is more than 2 years old!

You definitely need to update that, especially with all the changes Win10 has made. I would go to the AMD support site and try the auto-detect feature to locate, download and install the most recent drivers for your system. Hopefully that will take care of this issue.

If you have trouble installing the AMD drivers, you may have to visit the Lenovo site to get the most recent "Lenovo-approved" drivers.

Thanks so much for responding. I am updating the drivers. I If I don't respond, that means you fixed it. Thanks again.
