I've now done a clean install of v430.86 (which had run for a month+ without any crashes), so that may be a workaround if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
EDIT: I have changed the name of this thread because the problem also occurred with the 430.86 driver, and only the only significant change was the two Windows Updates of July 9 - one for 1903 x64 systems [KB45067453] and one for .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.8 [KB4506991]
