Can I download a purchased copy of PowerDvd to more than one computer?

I recently got an older laptop and would like to purchase PowerDvd to be able to watch movies on it. My main issue is that it is older and I may be upgrading to a different computer before I get much use from it.

Would it be possible for me to use my purchased PowerDvd on a new laptop in the future or would I need to repurchase? I assume the purchase of it includes an authorization key for unlocking...would that be stuck with just the one older laptop or can it be moved so to speak, to a new laptop once I get one?

Yes, this should be fine. As long as you uninstall the version on the old machine once you get the new one.
