Reducing noise by BluRay player in HTPC

Hi all!

Just finished buiding an HTPC and after tuning the fan curves and other aspects,
the Bluray player seems to only work at full speed when reading BR movies.

I do not see any parameters to tune in Windows 10.

Does PowerDVD 18 have such features?

If not, can you recommend a silent BR player in 12.7mm?

Update: It was the drive (CT20N)

Changed it for a Panasonic UJ260 (12.7mm) or UJ262 (9.5mm)
and it knows you have a movie in and is even quiter than the chassis fan.

Hope this can help someone not repeate my mistake
