Hey

I'm trying to use PowerDVD 14 and while the audio works fine for everything else PowerDVD doesn't seem to find my audio device (Focusrite Clarett USB audio interface) at all and shows no speaker enviroment

This mean i have no audio in any videos/movies etc

My audio ins and outs are set to the Clarett in Windows 10 sound settings and in my App Volume and Device Preferences I have tried both 'default' and selecting the Clarett interface.

Is there a known issue with PowerDVD audio routing to an external interface, or have i missed a setting somewhere?!

powerdvd won't let you select a "speaker environment" if your audio output is digital type (e.g. S/PDIF, HDMI).
Just set it as Windows default audio device, and let the program select system default device for audio output.
it may resolve some of audio playback issues.

Suggest you not to use an USB audio mixer with powerdvd, the compatibility or configuration is very limited and not usable.
