Computer Resources and MB/S Transfer Rates

Hello. First time poster. I've been using powerdirector for the last couple of years. I've recently built a new computer with asus prime deluxe x299 motherboard and an Intel 8 core 16 thread processor. I have 32 gb of RAM. I'm with some larger 4k video files. I'm pulling the 4k files from a Samsung 1TB 860 EVO while working and rendering the project, however, my transfer speed seem slow to me. I've attached a couple screenshot of the task manager. If anyone could tell me if they are or are not slow, I would appreciate it. In addition, if they are, where is my bottleneck in the system? Thanks for your help!

There are lots of threads on this subject on the forum already. Search for bottleneck, slow, etc.
