I am using Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit.

My Cyberlink Power DVD 10 is version 10.0.1.3226. Can I installed the Ultra Retail Version update and get an update for PowerDVD
12 Ultra Build 5612 fir free?

I look forward for your advice on this matter.

The post you are referring to on the updates page is for retail versions of PowerDVD Ultra. Your build number suspects me to believe you have an OEM version, i.e. you got it with your computer or optical disc drive. Is this correct?

For OEM versions, it depends on the PC or device manufacturer whether you are entitled to the free update to version 12. See this FAQ for more information:
