I have a 64 bit OS but when the upgrade to PowerDVD installed it installed the 32 bit version. I went to the customer service link at Cyberlink to pose the question but it would never let me submit. It kept sying I should select the question type and even though the question type was selected it would not allow it to be submitted.
As far as submitting question type you need to scroll to the bottom to continue not stay on that one question. That is the only way I know of to submit the question.
powerdvd or powerdvd 18 is a 32-bit version software player, there is no 64-bit version so far.
It is regardless of you installing a full version or upgrade version.
32-bit version program is compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.
