Generally speaking, the templates are small in size and you'd get much bigger relief from moving any or all of the core "My Documents," "My Music" etc. folders to your secondary drive.
To do that, open File Explorer then right -click on
Docs,
Music,
Pics or
Vids, and choose
Properties, then and go to the
Location tab:
From there you can click on
Move and transfer everything onto your other drive. That should free up many GB of space.
If you've already done that, or if you still specifically want to relocate the templates folders, you can use the
mklink /j command, but it's a bit on the technical side. This article has the
details.
