I'm trying to find a tutorial on how to create a similar animation on the countdown on the below video. Top 10, 9 and soon.

Your going to need and animation you buy or create yourself. Some can be found on the internet for free

I wish there were a simple way to do this.Here is a tutorial that works, but it takes a bit of time. The only other alternative is to use the Time Stamp in Power Director. One way to do that is illustrated here.
