Does anyone have some examples of the Time Shift they can share with me.

I would like to be able to do some back and forth reverse (stutter) and time it to music on the beat.

Suggestions on how?

Or if you have some cool videos to share with feature more power tools/enhancements - please share!

Update. this is what I was trying to do


Just make a quick repeat of a few frames...simple, but did not seem obvious to me at the time...
