Does PhD work with the new canon CR3 files, or when will PhD be updated to edit these new files.

Hello StuGiles,

Welcome to the PhD forum laughing

Right now, as you're probably aware, PhD doesn't even recognise .CR3 files (compressed RAW format), let alone display them correctly.

I'm sure the team at CyberLink is aware of this, but I'll forward your concern. Squeaky wheels get greased, right?

P.S. As a temporary fix, convert to .DNG using Adobe DNG Converter PIX YouTube channel

Good Evening,

Any updates on when PhD will support .CR3?? Yes I know I can convert, but having it supported already is so much simplier. laughing

Thanks!

I'm looking for a update to, it'd be so much easier if it recognised cr3.

I'm actually thinking about not renewing my subscription

Pleased to say that the latest version (March 2020 V11.3.2719.0) of PhotoDirector 365 now supports CR3 files. No more converting hassle!

Yay :
