No sound in H.265 clip on the timeline (but in library!)

In the library there's the clip with sound intact but when I drag the clip to the timeline it shows (and of course has) no sound!

Any ideas...?

Update: I apparently have to "extract audio" in the library and then drag this audio track to the timeline, that works, but the whole thing still has to be a software bug, no?

That doesn't sound right.

Can you upload a sample H.265 clip to GoogleDrive, OneDrive, DropBox, etc. and post the link here?

Also, it would help if you followed the steps in the Read Me post at the top of the PD17 forum index page and posted your DxDiag results along with the exact PD17 version you're running.
