i am really confused i tell you straight i want sound effects video effects transitions etc for making youtube tutorials gaming videos etc like i want to make intro first to show up on my video then some animation then video subject then main content then end note too will this suffice? i hope i am clear what i want

I think that it is clear what you want: You have game videos; you want to upload on YouTube but before that insert an intro-video and add an end-note-video before uploading.

But what is your question? If it is, can I do that with PowerDirector? the answer is yes.
