create disc - image wont insert ..... - carried out programme uninstall/re-install still same issue

Hi all, as per tittle - cant add background image in create disc menu.

1.create disc tab - menu preference tab
2.create menu
3.top left upper tab ( 1 of 4) : SET BACKGROUND IMAGE OR VIDEO
4.chose image then : OK
5.next tab: CROP - LETTER BOX or STRETCH
6.have tried all 3 options in step 5 - no image shows in work space.

When i chose this option - my image - have tried many images - nothing shows in the work space on the right hand side windows 7 64bit - powerdirector 10 ultra 64bit

Have requested a cyberlink support - just waiting on ticket number reply now - hopefully they will be able to resolve - otherwise a perfectly good programme is dead. windows 7 64bit - powerdirector 10 ultra 64bit
