Rotation Missing from Power Tools

I just went to rotate a video that I shot upside down. The rotation has been removed from Power Tools in PowerDirector 17 (365 Edition) and I cannot find it anywhere.

Hello,

It looks like you're right. I guess because you can easily do it manually in the preview window, as shown in my screenshot.

It looks like it that is missing. The Power Tool/Rotation is good for 1 degree increments. Go to PiP Designer/Object settings/Rotation and you will be able to get 0.01 degrees increments for more precise rotation to 1/100 of 1 degrees if needed.
