Hello. I have install powerdvd 18 ultra on 2 Pc and i got this message when i try to play BD disks. "Powerdvd cannot access the storage device"

The first is laptop lenovo t440p (i5 - 4300m) and running bitdefender with Windows 10 latest version.

The second is desktop without antivirus and has its 4790k and 1060gtx.

The windows 10 is clean install on both machines. Tested on Windows 7 and 8.1 both plays fine with zero issues.

Any help will be appreciate.

Try disabling the "controlled folder access" option in Windows defender, and check the playback.
