Re-installing power director 16

Another Newbee here. Just purchased Power director 16 ( yesterday) and I have had constant problems with it crashing, even though my Pc easily meets the minimum requirements. Anyway Cyberlink website suggest to delete software and to reinstall however i cant seem to find out how to do it. Can anyone help!! How do you reinstall the software using their website?

Did you save the download? That's always a good action.

If you have the download. Download the free version of REVO Uninstaller and run it in the MODERATE Mode (only). That will get rid of the program. You can then reinstall it from your download. If you don't have the download, you need to contact Cyberlink with all your purchase information.

Remember also to turn off your antivirus when doing the installation.
