My issue: I can't use my dedicated graphic card to be assigned to Cyberlink Powerdirector 16 for video editing purpose as the AMD Control software setting is locked to Intel integrated graphic card.
It seems that CyberLink has ask AMD to look that function? Why? Looks like it's a common issue with dual GPU Laptops, as can be read here:

I have alawys thought this was a MS HYBRID / Optimus (nvidia) issue. Didn't know that AMD GPUs were also affected. Check in your laptop BIOS to see if you can disable MS Hybrid mode or boot with the AMD GPU. I returned several laptops until I found Sager brand. I boot with nVidia GPU enabled and Power Director detects it just fine. Intel i7 4770k, 16GB, GTX1060 3GB, Two 240GB SSD, 4TB HD, Sony HDR-TD20V 3D camcorder, Sony SLT-A65VK for still images, Windows 10 Pro, 64bit
