Hi, my PC came with the free version of PowerDirector 10 and i did upgraded it to the version 14 Ultra. Resently i needed to unistall everithing and start from cero. i whent to my old email with the purchased downlad link but isn't available anymore. I'm trying to re-download the file from Cyberlink website but the version available is the 16 so i did download it but during the instalation a Pop up says "You do not have the required version of the program installed on your system. The installation will abort. Please contact your application provider"

What i'm doing wrong? or How can i get the version 14 Ultra again?

Hello,

Not sure where you got a PowerDirector 16 to download, but you basically you need to just contact CyberLink Customer Service, provide your purchase info for the version 14 Ultra upgrade, and they will give you a new download link.

FYI, the download links are only good for 30 days, but you can always get a new one if you ever need it again.
