Has anyone figured this out yet? It seems to be a common problem on the internet but no definitive answer. I'm using Power2go 11, windows 10 ulitmate, 64 bit. Any help would be greatly recieved

do you have Gopro app installed in this platform? if yes, you may refer to the solution below
