I was advised by email that PowerDVD has an update, so tried to download and install. Download was ok but install failed. Tried to fill in customer support form but could not supply SR number as installed software was now corrupt. So nothing relating to PowerDVD works. I cannot get help from Cyberling without paying for premium rate phone call. Seem,s wrong as thier software caused the problem.

Hello Allan,

You still need to go through CyberLink Customer Service to get your issue fixed. Just submit what information that you can, including your purchase ID info if you still have, and they will give you a new installation file.

After submitting, respond here with your ticket number and we can pass it along.

Cheers

Hi, thanks for your response, I could not get to send the info without an SR number, it kept asking for this number and would not allow me proceed.

I cannot submit the form, it will not accept it without the SR number so I'm stuck!

Hello,

There is no need to repost the same message over and over to get attention. This forum is not customer support, so it is not the place for this.

We inquired and found out your ticket was replied to on June 14, so please go to the reply and follow the instructions to fix the issue.

We will close this thread, as you got a reply you need from customer service. You need to resolve the issue there.

Any users having a similar issue that are reading this, follow the same instructions and contact customer service.

Cheers
