Have you updated PD with the latest patch 2816? If not, give it a try.

Is PD just freezing when you save the file, do you get an error message? Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

You can do a screenshot at the time that gave the problem and post here, an image can help us understand.

When we have problem with a project, we can use the Auto Save Project, which is done automatically every 10 min.
The folder path is shown in, Prefereces, Project, Browse XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4

The drone camera footage does not have audio. The video thumbnail is missing from every clip on the timeline. The video format may not be compatible with PD16. Could you upload say a 5 second of raw footage capture as an attachment for members to check out. You could right mouse click on a clip on the timeline and click to see the video clip properties. A screenshot of it would also be useful.

Yes, I know that DJI does not record sound, that's not the problem.

The timeline has always been updated (but may take some time) until this problem suddenly occurred.

It does not matter if I open an older project or if I make a new one in 5 seconds; I can not save the project ... Always stop at 20% and I need to close Power Director 16.

If this on the card that was removed will not load the files to timeline.
In this case PD should ask if you want to search for the missing files.

I always move the files from the SD card, which is in DJI Mavic Pro, to the PC. And then I open the files in Power Director 16 and start editing.

But after editing, when I want to save the changes, I get this problem.

Right now I'm at work. But I can add a file when I get home.

I notice from your screenshot that you are using shadow files. Are you waiting for ALL the clips to turn green before you edit? Failing to do so causes all sorts of problems. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

No, usually I have not waited. It has worked well to edit while the update has been running. The problem is now that no matter what time I wait, the clips will never turn green.

Maybe it's about this I've made trouble for myself? But I still think it's strange that new projects do not work either.

In PD 16 shadow files are quite quick to generate. If they are not working there is something wrong. The fact that your screenshot shows green flags means they are working.

As an experiment try using something like Format Factory and convert a couple of clips to exactly the same format. If they work for you it would seem the originals are not compatible. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Thank you The Shadowman for turning me in the right direction! This is because you were talking about changing file fomat. And when I watched my video files, everyone was * .mov (I HATE apple!). OuickTime has for some reason changed the files and when I put these back to * .MP4 everything is working : :

OuickTime is uninstalled and will NEVER EVER be reinstalled!!
