Anybody use customer support? I sent an inquiry yesterday 8/13 and have heard nothing so far. I checked the link they send for reply and nothing there either. I sent another inquiry this morning. I thought this was 24 hr. support. Anybody else have this problem? Am I expecting too much for my money?

Just wanted to update: Received info support at 1320 today. Have not been able to reinstall yet but directions look fairly complete. Got my fingers crossed.....

Yup, it's been a day since I filed my support ticket. I guess they don't answer support tickets on weekends.

Good luck with support. I have been trying to update from the Blue-Ray OEM version and I think I am on my fifth ticket now. They keep sending me new keys, and new versions to install regardless their idiotic activation mechanism is always failing.

I've been using PowerDVD happily for years, but this is getting ridiculous now!
