All my media is stored on a NAS.
When right-clicking on a thumbnail in Powerdvd TV-mode, it opens the windows explorer and shows the folder that is one level up.
No problems when PowerDVD is in PC-mode

My powerdvd 18 does not have the same symptom in TV mode.

Import videos from NAS to powerdvd 18's movie library, open powerdvd TV mode, browse the movies in movie libray, and then right click on the video and select "Locate on disk".

It shows correct folder that contains the specific video file.

e.g. NAS\\ABCD\TEST\A.mp4

The TEST folder will be opened in windows explorer after I selected "Locate on disk" for A.mp4.

Hi,
First thank you for answer.

All my media is imported to powerdvd's media library

For illustration:
The media file(s) are for example in:

\\NAS_Name\Foldername\title_media\media files
When using 'Locate on disk' window explorer opens with:
\\NAS_Name\Foldername in the right pane.
It should open with:
\\NAS_Name\Foldername\title_media
In all my previous versions of PowerDVD it was never a problem
I also noticed that the media files are not sorted alphabetically anymore in Version 18.

These points and the fact that disktitels not appearing in media library (See other topic), makes using PowerDVD 18 at this moment rather frustating because I have to choose a media for playback, based on a tumbnail.

I am under the impression that Cyberlink changed some thing compared to previous versions concerning the media library.
A statement from them would be nice.

QCE.2,Appreciate the help.
