bought PowerDirector 8 Ultra today. Got an email confirming my order, receipt, etc. No download links. No registration numbers. Follow the instructions and check Order Status for the download link - not there.

Anyone know how to do this?

I see Cyberlink is still...well...Cyberlink.

Ihad the same problem - I opened a support ticket and about 3 hours later received a response with the download link and serial numbers
