power dvd 9 subtitles problem

I have installed the trial version of power dvd 9 and sometimes the subtitles run too fast (not all the times though) so I can't read all of them. I unistalled/reinstalled 4 times! but the problem remains. What is the problem? Please help.

Occasionally subtitles have not even displayed at certain points during dialogue, or flashed on momentarily and disappeared.

We're not talking on flashed subtitles. There ARE subtitles that move TOO FAST to be seen.

Looks like latest update repairs subtitles.

View a DVD - no glitches in subs.
