In the last few seconds of Michael Jacksons Black or White MTV, peoples faces seamlessly change...is there a way to do that for my video? Any particular trick or anything?

The link to that MJ video is here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQEk4p0x-hE

Watch from 3:40s onwards

I have powerdirector 7 ultra.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

THanks

The last few seconds of the Jackson video gives us a clue. All the models(singers) were videotaped in front of the same white background. The camera angle and distance were all the same. Most likey they each lipsynced the entire song. The skillful editor then edited each clip down to 2 to 4 seconds and then assembled them in order on the timeline. A fade trasition may have helped with a slight smoothing of each transition.

At least is what I think I'm seeing. Hope it helps.

Me again..I suspect after the editor got all the clips in the right order synced to the correct partion of the music, he or sh muted all the clips and then added the song on the music line.

I think what VIDZ is referring to is the Morphing software used in the video. Seems to me I have heard of that software being availalbe somewhere. Don't know if it is compatible with PD tho. Anyone have more info?

Hi guys,

The videos are morphed.

For example -Winmorp is available on the seemyworldonvideo site. If you join and go to

http://seemyworldonvideo.com/pages/extras-tools.html

you'll find the link there.

It can be quite hard work!

Cheers
Adrian

Thank you so much for your advice.

VS800rider, thanks for the tip. I did a search for morphing software and i found this http://morphing-software-review.toptenreviews.com/

However, i think these software are only meant for photos. Do you know of something (other than winmorph) that can morph videos as well?

Any advice from anyone regarding morphing software would be great!
