Quality of Cyberlink support?

I just upgraded from v7 (which came with the PC) to v9 (and still waiting for the download link!). Just browsing the Forum topics I realised so many 0 (zero) answers to customer queries.

My question is "do Cyberlink staff follow this forum regularly?"

If not, I will direct my future questions directly to technical support and don't bother with the forum.

Post here as well as via Tech Support, judging from various threads I've read, it's a gamble either way. Let's just hope you won't find it necessary to use either one.

Did you get a serial number for activation already?

If not mistaken you can download a trailware version and make it work if you activate it with the serial number.
