I'm having a problem with installation of youcam 3. I did a clean install and youcam loaded and worked perfectly. However, once I close the program, it will never re-open without completely uninstalling the program and reinstalling the program. And again, it works once, then never opens again.

I contacted tech support and they ran me through all the steps of a clean uninstall, including the ms clean up tool and registry entries. Did all that a couple of times, but can't get the program to run more than the initial installation.

I used youcam 2 with no problems (and that has been uninstalled prior to installing youcam 3).

It seems like I had this same problem with an earlier version of PowerDirector and I can't remember how it finally got resolved.

Anyone have any ideas? There must be a file somewhere that is not uninstalling, but I've looked everywhere!
