Can't delete video downloaded to computer

Hello

I am using PowerDir Mobile 4.11.1 on my Chromebook (OS 64).

I've saved a few video files to test quality, but it is not allowing me to delete them from my hard drive. Has anyone come across this and is there a way to delete these files?

That usually happens when the computer thinks a program is using the files. Try again after restarting the computer, or force quit PD and then try. __________________________________
