can't download powerdvd 9 ultra

when i first clicked to download the file, i used download accelerator plus, and it got to 60%, then it stopped and a window popped up and asked me for authorization and requested a username and password. now, every time I try to download, a page opens in the browser telling me I have exceeded the download limit, i also purchase the extended download service. what's going on????

Probably your are using FlashGet to download PowerDVD.
So you may receive the error, exceeded the download limit.
Send your issue to support team.
They will provide other download link for you.
