Everytime I input the key, I get I need admin account to accept. I'm the only user. Need help please. Running Windows 7.

Just check if your account has administrator privilege on Windows to install the apps.
If you already are, have you ever tried to disable your firewall and antivirus in advance to check the activation?

Contact their support if it is still failed when activating powerdvd.
