I had some issues with my computer & had to do a reinstall/recovery and then get all my programs & files back. I have a paid version of Power2Go 11 but do'nt have an installation disc or download link.. Can I reinstall it on the same computer somehow?

Emailed suport 3 days ago, but got no help at all..

You will have to wait for Cyberlink Tech Support to get back to you with a download link. This is just a user forum.

Many folks here, myself included, make copies of all installation media and licence keys and store them securely on external media to avoid these sorts of problems.
