If I've purchased the Dolby Atmos app from MIcrosoft on Windows 10, will PowerDVD support atmos for headphones?

It's a old story.

powerdvd does not suppot dolby atmos decoding regardless of audio device type.

but, dolby atmos can be recapped as dolby true hd for all dolby true hd compatible device or player.
