I want to send a two minute video attached to an email. If it is in pds format does the recipient need CyberLink in order to view it? What is the best way to send a short clip attached to an email for easy viewing by the recipient?
Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forum.
The .pds file is just a project set of instructions to let your computer find the media (pics/video/audio) and enact the edits you have chosen. You can actually open a .pds in Notepad and read the sets of instructions.
To share an actual video, you need to PRODUCE the video, and then get that file to a place where it can be viewed.
Youtube, Facebook, or a small file that can be emailed but that reduces your choices in size and quality.

A very good way is to join Dropbox and get a free account. You can then upload your video to your Dropbox and share it. The video can then be downloaded or simply viewed in it's DropBox.

Or if you have an Android phone or tablet you can use Google Drive. Upload the video and then share the link by email. Careful though. It will eat up data sending videos. __________________________________

You can use google drive to share the video with all. Just upload the file and take the shareable link from their and share this particular link with other.
