Is the latest version (1.0.1220.0) of PerfectCam working on the latest release (1709) of windows 10? Everytime I try to launch PerfectCam, the exe starts and then closes. YouCam 7 is working just fine, but I can't get PerfectCam to run.

Yes, it works on the latest Windows 10's release. You can make sure that no background program is blocking PerfectCam and if you are still facing this issue, contact directly the technical support team.
