Please list computer specs (including motherboard) and os of your system.

Are you going from your integrated graphics on your motherboard via HDMI to your monitor?

Does your monitor support HDCP 2.2?

Is your monitor HDMI 2.0 compatible and do you have a HDMI 2.0 cable?

Have you enabled SGX in your bios?

UHD Blu-ray discs are incompatible with existing Blu-ray players, might be this is the reason.

In bios SGX is "Software Controlled". The other alternative is Disable. So i guess that means it's enabled



I use my tv as monitor, Its a Samsung UE65KS7005 and does support HDR, HDCP 2.2 And has a HDMI 2.0 cable connected.
A.lso got a Yamaha RX-A1070 Receiver which should support the same things. I use the Graphics card connected to receiver and receiver connected to tv.. All of them got hdmi 2.0 cables.

Are you talking about UHD BD dics playback? Then your setup is all wrong.

You must have a motherboard with HDMI 2.0 output, no dedicated graphics card can be used. Check this forum for more info, there are many older posts on this subject. .

You did not list your UHD Blu-ray drive but I assuming you have one.

Are you running via HDMI from the motherboard? You have the right equipment but this is the only way it will work. Your motherboard and HDMI output support this. You cannot play UHD Blu-ray 4K video via your GTX 1060. Are you also gaming from your pc to the Samsung UE65KS7005? You will need to run a HDMI cable from the output of your motherboard in addition to one from your GTX 1060.
