Curious if anyone is having or have solved these issues

My system
Windows and PD16 and vids on SSD

I7700k 4.7ghz HT on
32 GB ram 2666ghz
1080 TI 288.71
Windows 10

This is just a small project with 10 1080 60fps vids

Its using about 500mb ram
Preview is set to low, shadow files are on

Fks scrolling down the media window with videos in is sluggish and has very noticable lag. Scrolling FX etc laggy
There's timeline and audio/video lag
Moving things around in timeline is sluggish and laggy
