Issue with Video Editing

Hello, I just recently upgraded and uploaded my PD to 15. Upon video editing and uploading video to my Youtube account the video quality doesnt allow me to upload the video into HD quality. It has the lowest setting possible and doesnt even offer the chance to change to any other video quality (HD). Can someone assist me with why this is happening? Is there another setting to turn this feature on or I have a download file missing?
I never had this issue before with PD14.

Thanks.

No answers yet? Are you trying to use the uploader in the program? It is better and faster if you produce the video to a YouTube compatible format and use the YouTube uploader.

Also remember that right after you upload, videos don't look good. You have to wait until YouTube fully processes it which can take hours.

Let us know if that helps. .

In the online produce, did you choose the HD upload? PD 15 first offers a low resolution video to upload.

You do know that Youtube first shows the lower resolutioin video while Youtube is processing the upload.

After a few minuties, you should have the full resolution that you uploaded. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Having this same issue using PD 16. I cannot upload to either Youtube or Facebook with HD or better. Std Def works fine but video quality is as you would expect. Better to have it and not need it

Hello Bouncer71,

In Produce > Online > Youtube, you can use the dropdown arrow to make higher resolution uploads.
