I had to reinstall Windows 10. I'm trying to install Powerdirector 16, but I don't have any previous copies on my laptop, so I can't download it. I have previous product keys, but they're all expired. What should I do?

Hi,

As this is a member to member forum, I think you will need to contact customer support.

Give them the fullest details and evidence you have of your original purchases to allow them to checkout your situation and they will advise you of a new download link etc. as appropriate.

Any download links are usually only valid for a limited time and I would advise that you take copies of your downloaded files and store them in an independent location, so that you can avoid this situation in the future.

Cheers

I've read how bad the support is with Cyberlink but now I have to experience it. I should have listenened! It's been 6 days now, and I still can't install my new Cyberlink PowerDirector 16. All the other programs installed OK, just not the one I need NOW! I have been back and forth with technical support, they keep asking me to send them certain reports which I do, but I still can't get it. I'm not sure why they can't just send me a new Product Key!!! So frustrated! I've got a big job on the go, and I can't do anything!!! Gggrrrrr. Karen
