I have been using PowerDirector 15 for quite some time now and recently 16. I have now suddenly the problem that crashes the program after I cut together with the MultiCam feature four videos. Every time I click OK in the MultiCam function, so that the cut videos are taken over into the track, the program hangs.

I've repeated that three times, always the same. I have already restarted the computer and repeated the whole, always the same.
I can not understand, in the past Multicam function was always fine, why not now. I have not changed anything on the computer.

For a while I was able to fix the problem by running the program with admin rights on Windows 10 64 bit. Unfortunately that does not help anymore. There's the worm in there somewhere.

Hi,

If nothing has changed in PD, like an update, and your files are the same types etc. then it is more likely that something has automatically changed on your computer - perhaps a Win10 update or a driver update?

In case your operating environment has actually changed, it can often be helpful to uninstall and re-install PD so that it can "see" the new system.

Cheers

I've already tried that, did not help. I've done it so now that I've cut together with Multicam only 3 of the video, that works. The fourth I have then again cut extra with multicam, that was synonymous.

But all 4 videos in Multicam does not work. Does the Multicam function sometimes (not always) have problems when the frame rate differs from the others? Three videos use 25 fps, the fourth 30 fps.

German:
