Audio missing on timeline

Hello

I have a problem with PowerDirector 16 (mybe after last update?)

I have a mp4 or mp3 file in the import window. When I click og the the audio is worling normal.

When I drag the clip to the timeline there are NO audio.

In the preview window the sound icon is no muted. Nothing happening when I click on the icon (still muted icon).

Can anyone help me?

Please close out this thread by changing the name. It is currently in the PowerDVD 16 thread. Repost in the PowerDirector thread if you want good or any answers. Take time beacuse you probably expect others to take the time to read/think and reply.

I sometime mistype so spelling is an issue. You may want to take the time to make sure your spelling and questions make sense. Perhaps Google Translate can help?
