Hi,

Just checked the forum, but no result.

As described in the tilte, I am searching for a solution how to get riof the black areas., during playing the movie.

I can add another picture on the second track, but then they are mixed up.

I was even looking for "bring a certain picture to Front",..no result.

pls advice, I am sure, I am not the first one looking into this.

I have PD12 running.

You may have been close. Higher number tracks always overlay lower numbered tracks. Add your picture or color board to the first track. Make sure it is 16 by 9. Add your video to the higher number track.

What settings do you have set for your project? .

Hi Steve, tyhanks for the quick reply.

I have 16:9 project.

I have my project on Track 1 and inserted a particle on Track 2.

Hi Steve,

In relation to this question, I stored the background music also on Track 1. Hoping that the music on Track 2 will override the background music on Track 1. On track 2 I have now my pictures and some video's.
But hjat is not the case.

Now I still have to face out and fade in manaually, every time a video occurs on the tilem line.

Any other suggestions?

Best regards

Not in Pd 12.

In the latest version, they have added audio ducking which automatically lowers and raises the volume when there are two audio tracks being played.

OOps, corrected

I thought it was “ducking” not “dubbing”. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
