PD 15 Motion Tracker lag

Just inserted Motion Tracker tabs to a 1 minute long video. The footage has no further edits to it - i.e. uncropped, no stabilisation, no zoom, etc. I have manually readjusted the tracker where tracking has lost the object - but in most cases this is not required. I have used the PD Spotlight effect in one attempt, and then imported an icon in another attempt. In both versions, when in PD Motion Tracker tools window or media window, even playing frame by frame, everything works fine. However after Producing the video the Spotlight/icon lags behind the object being selected. Any idea why this is and how to correct it? Most issues like this in the forum are where the footage has been edited before Motion Tracker is used.

I think we need more information. Please provide the information requested in this thread; especially the dxdiag.exe text file.
