Question about frame rates

Hi everyone, i have Powerdirector 13.I normally produce my videos as H.264 (MP4) and 60 FPS. But when i am choosing H.265 (MP4) no matter how many FPS i will choosing (set) the video is produced in 240FPS.Any ideas why is that happening?

240 frams per second? Typo?

What level of version 13 do you have?

I don't think that V13 can output H265 properly. It can accept them. See attached:
